What is Goldic?
GOLDIC® is the platform technology helping physicians for treating different syndromes. The objective is to stimulate the body’s own power in such a way that damaged or injured tissue can be regenerated. This is done with the help of autologous, anti-inflammatory and regenerative cytokines (proteins).
GOLDIC® stands for „Gold Induced Cytokines“
Cytokines are a broad and loose category of small proteins that are important in cell signalling, regulating the growth and differentiation of cells. They play an important role in immunological reactions and inflammatory processes.
It stimulates the body‘s own REGENERATION capacity.
Furthermore, using the GOLDIC® medical device technology, important growth factors and stem cell-specific factors, like GELSOLIN, G-CSF (granulocyte-colony stimulating factor) and SCGF-ß (hematopoietic stem cell growth factor-beta) are enriched to a significantly high degree. This increased production of Gelsolin, G-CSF & SCGF-ß in patients amounts to a multiple of the initial concentration
GOLDIC® treatment starts with taking a sample of patient’s blood.
This blood is now prepared using GOLDIC® tubes which include the specially designed gold particles and a special filter to prevent these particles, cells, platelets to be injected with the processed enriched in cytokines and growth factors serum. During the incubation process gold particles act as catalyst for monocytes to produce the whole spectrum of autologous cytokines - is the most important part of the process.
The GOLDIC® tubes filled with patients’ blood after the incubation will be centrifuged to separate serum from the other blood components. This serum enriched with growth factors and important cytokines is then provided for injection.
The serum concentrate obtained is subsequently injected every 2-7 days to complete the treatement.
The healing process of an injured tissue goes through a complex and precisely controlled series of endogenous processes that are supported and accelerated by treatment with GOLDIC enriched serum.
